Bridget Bobick James

Bridget Bobick James has more than two decades of experience as a Georgia litigation lawyer. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, Bridget started her legal career with Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, where she practiced primarily in the firm’s complex litigation practice group. In 2006, she joined a boutique law firm where she practiced fiduciary litigation and business litigation and became a partner.

In 2015, Bridget formed her own firm, The James Law Firm, LLC, where she focuses on probate litigation, estate and trust litigation, fiduciary litigation and business litigation. She has a proven record of obtaining successful results in litigation matters, including will contests, will construction cases, contested guardianships and conservatorships, trustee disputes and other breach-of-fiduciary duty and conversion cases. Bridget has handled complex business disputes throughout all stages of litigation, including extensive discovery, hearings, strategy, trials and appeals.
